A. Summary of JD

Being responsible for payment process and bank & cash reports
Implementation of funding and budgeting plans
Monitoring and evaluation the effectiveness of finance transactions and process
Facilitation, coordination and review of financial activities relating to management accounting reports / financial statement / tax reports / tax inspections, tax risk management
Work with banks for bank loans and credit limit, bank loan application etc.
Work with related parties for other financial funding
Coach and guide the subordinates in ensuring the smooth and effective tax inspection, tax audit, auditing financial statements
Other duties as required

B. Requirements

University degree in accounting, auditing or finance field
7-10 years of experience in the field of accounting, auditing & finance
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the real estate and construction company
Good technical knowledge of core accounting functions, tax services, guidelines, and procedures
Good understanding of local laws, regulations & practices governing finance, tax, and accounting works
Good communication English skill to work with foreign managers and directors
Hands-on experience of using FAST accounting software.
Advanced MS Excel skills
Organized, careful, patient, high sense of responsibility and work well in a team

Working location: Lô MG01-01, Vincom Shophouse Thai Binh, De Tham ward, Thai Binh City, Thai Binh Province
From Monday to Friday every week
- Morning from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Afternoon from 13h to 17h
