A. Job description

1. Project survey and design:

– Survey new projects, and make survey reports;

– Prepare project design solutions and technical drawings, make technical checks and calculations, manually or supported by software;

– Review design drawings, technical requirements;

– Calculate quantity (BOM);

– Prepare bidding documents.

2. Project construction management:

– Prepare construction schedule and project methods statement;

– Prepare project implementation plans and work assignment tables at the project;

– Review and check design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings;

– Manage the legal document, quality document, quantity document;

– Manage Sub-contractors and technical team. Supervise and allocate resources;

– Implement construction plans and monitor projects to ensure Safety, Quality and Timeline;

– Inspection, testing and commissioning all of electrical works;

– Check installation volume with Sub-contractors;

– Represent the Company to resolve problems arising during construction;

– Participate in meetings with Client and Sub-contractors;

– Coordinate with other department (Mechanical, Construction, HSE…);

– Make weekly and monthly reports to send management;

– Other duties as required.

B. Benefit

– Meal & Phone support: VND 1.5 mil ~ 2.4 mil
